What makes the 4-zone version different from the standard flyer?

Most zonal flyers use three zones: Green, Yellow, Red. By the time a patient hits Red, you are already calling 911. The fourth zone gives your clinical team an earlier trigger point to intervene, document, and prevent hospitalization before it is too late.

Home health and hospice agencies. The patient flyer is designed for patients and families. The overlays are built specifically for RNs, PT/OT therapists, and home health aides.

Will my HHAs actually be able to use this?
